I did originally think I was dealing with a N.Z. company given their contact website but this was not the case. However Ihave no problems with the products. They were good value. The delivery time, consideing the batteries came from Singapore was also OK. I would use this company again.

Seems OK but disappointed that the battery does not charge in the original Panasonic charger and there is no way of knowing how much charge is left when using with camcorder. However, battery is much cheaper than Panasonic one so perhaps I was expecting too much.
