About the product:
First I was a bit puzzled because I had not received the exact product I ordered, but a quick exchange of e-mails with B.O. employees and some online searching yielded a very satisfying conclusion to those matters: The product I had ordered was an obsolete type and the replacement I had received was more than compatible with my requirements. The product I received works and performs just as expected and I am very pleased with it.
The order went well, with the exception of the fact that we kept missing the package as it was being delivered. The delivery company (FedEx) did not leave any card in our mailbox, so we did not even know that we were missing them. It is very important to keep checking the tracking information to know where one's package is!
