Shipping is very slow to NZ, i had almost given up, perhaps an email on progress or some indication of time expected for delivery would be useful. I didn't see a track and trace at the time, but do now so perhaps the fault is mine!

Unfortunately the battery I ordered was not the voltage I required, and I could not see the 24volt I needed so had to go else where. But the item was delivered and packed quickly.
