Website was easy to use and found the product I was looking for. The item did take longer than expected to arrive but it was ordered over the Christmas period and the delay was probably due to the seasonal volume as the order was confirmed dispatched a couple of days after it was ordered. I would use this site in the future.
The laptopbattery delivery took a bit longer than the phone battery delivery. I would have liked to have some communication informing me that delivery times would be different for the two items.
